Our Approach
How we work
We follow an integrated approach to your well-being, which means our counsellors draw on different ways of working, according to your needs.

There are many reasons why someone might need counselling. Our team work with clients experiencing a broard range of issues such as anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, life transitions, grief and loss, low confidence and self-esteem, relationship difficulties, disordered eating, difficult thoughts and emotions, identity, gender and sexuality issues, and more.

Whatever is going on for you, sessions offer a space for you to explore this with your counsellor working alongside you. Our approach is person-centred and holistic in nature, which means the therapy will be at a pace and focus which feels right for you, and in the context of a trusted counselling relationship.

We aim to provide a counselling relationship where you feel seen and heard, and can begin to navigate your way towards growth and healing.

We provide both short-term and long-term counselling, currently to individual adults over the age of 18.
